1. Introduction to integrated mbr sewage treatment equipment

Integrated mbr sewage treatment equipment is an intelligent sewage treatment system that integrates sewage treatment. It is a new type of wastewater treatment technology that organically combines membrane separation technology with biotechnology.

Simplify equipment process

Due to the separation effect of the membrane, there is no need to set up other solid-liquid separation equipment such as sedimentation and filtration, and the investment is low.

Improve treatment efficiency

The biomass in the biological treatment unit can be maintained at a high concentration, which greatly improves the volume load. At the same time, the high efficiency of membrane separation greatly shortens the hydraulic retention time of the treatment unit, reduces the floor space of the bioreactor, and the system occupies only one-third of the traditional method.

Improve water quality and save costs

Membrane bioreactors can filter out harmful substances such as bacteria and viruses, which can significantly save the long-term operating costs brought by drug addition and disinfection and expand the scope of wastewater reuse.

Stabilize system operation

Prevent the loss of various microbial flora, which is conducive to the growth of slow-growing bacteria (nitrifying bacteria, etc.), and prolong the residence time of some macromolecular difficult-to-degrade organic matter, which is conducive to their decomposition, so that various metabolic processes in the system proceed smoothly, the system has strong impact resistance and a wide range of adaptability.

Reduce sludge discharge and energy consumption

The biological sludge in the membrane bioreactor can achieve dynamic balance during operation, with almost no residual sludge discharge and low sludge treatment costs; no backwashing is required, the process is simple, easy to integrate, the operation mode makes the membrane surface not easy to clog, the membrane washing interval is long, and the membrane washing method is simple and easy, so that the energy consumption required for water treatment is very low.

3. Process flow

Inlet well

An overflow port and an inlet gate are set in the inlet well. When the water volume exceeds the system load or an accident occurs in the treatment system, the inlet gate is closed, and the sewage is directly discharged into the river or municipal pipe network nearby through the overflow port.

Grille

Sewage often contains a lot of debris. In order to ensure the normal operation of the MBR system, various fibers, slag, waste paper and other debris must be intercepted outside the system. Therefore, a grate is set in front of the system to clean the grate residue regularly.

Regulating tank

The amount and quality of the collected sewage change over time. In order to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent treatment system and reduce the operating load, the amount and quality of the sewage need to be adjusted. Therefore, a regulating tank is designed before entering the biological treatment system. Sediments need to be cleaned regularly in the regulating tank. Overflow is generally set in the regulating tank to ensure the normal operation of the system when the load is too large1.

Hair collector (unique to the grey water treatment system)

In the grey water treatment system, since the collected bathing wastewater contains a small amount of hair and fiber, if it is not cleaned up, it will cause blockage to the water pump and MBR reactor, reduce the treatment efficiency, and may eventually cause the whole system to paralyze. Therefore, a hair filter needs to be set in the grey water treatment system.

MBR reaction tank

In the MBR reaction tank, organic pollutants are degraded and mud and water are separated. As the core part of the treatment system, the reaction tank includes microbial colonies, membrane components, water collection systems, water outlet systems, and aeration systems.

Disinfection device

According to the requirements of the water outlet, the system is designed with a disinfection device that can automatically control the dosage.

Metering device

In order to ensure the good operation of the system, a certain metering device is required to control the system parameters. The metering control instruments include flow meters and water meters.

Electric control device

The electric control box is installed in the equipment room, mainly controlling the water inlet pump, fan and suction pump1.
