Integrated MBBR sewage treatment equipment is a new type of sewage treatment equipment, which combines the moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) technology. The core of MBBR technology is to directly add suspended fillers with a specific gravity close to water into the aeration tank as an active carrier of microorganisms. High treatment load: It can efficiently treat pollutants in sewage, has a high removal rate of organic matter, and can effectively cope with a variety of sewage conditions, including municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, etc. For example, when treating synthetic wastewater, the hydraulic retention time and the composition ratio of sugar and phenol in COD are changed. When the COD ratio formed by sugar and phenol is 1:1 (CODPh is 400mg/L), the COD removal rate is large and can reach 96%.
Good denitrification ability: Aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic environments can be formed on the filler, and nitrification and denitrification reactions can occur in one reactor, which has a good effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen. It is also possible to effectively remove N from wastewater by connecting 3 (or more) MBBRs in series, according to the order of denitrification and nitrification, using three forms such as pre-denitrification, post-denitrification, and a combination of pre-denitrification and post-denitrification.
Small oxidation tank volume: Under the conditions of biological filler filling rate of about 32% and the same pollution load, the MBBR moving bed biological treatment tank accounts for about 30% - 50% of the tank volume of conventional biological treatment tanks (including anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic), thereby reducing infrastructure investment.
Low equipment investment and operating costs: No sludge return equipment or backwashing equipment is required, which reduces equipment investment. Easy operation reduces the operating cost of sewage. At the same time, the sludge yield is low, which reduces the sludge disposal cost. There is no need for filler support, and it can be added directly, saving installation time and cost.
Large amount of active microorganisms: The carrier of the biofilm in MBBR is mobile. Due to the shear force of water and the friction generated by the movement of the carrier, the biofilm on the surface of the filler will fall off naturally, and some sludge will flow out of the reactor with the effluent, while some sludge will remain in the reactor, playing the role of activated sludge. The sludge concentration is 5 - 10 times that of ordinary activated sludge, the purification function is significantly improved, the microbial phase is diversified, and the food chain of organisms is long. It will not cause blockage, does not require backwashing, generally does not require reflux, and the reactor has low head loss.
