Integrated prefabricated pump station installation instructions

General

1. In order to ensure the long-term normal use of the integrated prefabricated pump station, this user installation instruction is specially formulated;

2. In addition to complying with the manual specifications during transportation, loading and unloading, installation, and acceptance, the prefabricated pump station should also comply with the relevant national standards and specifications. If there is any conflict, the corresponding standards or specifications shall prevail, and the technical department of Shanghai Yuhao Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. shall be notified to verify the changes;

3. In order to help the installation and construction department correctly handle the relevant technical problems of the system station project, improve the technical level, and ensure the quality of the project, please read this installation instruction carefully before the construction begins and conduct pump station installation training for relevant construction operators;

4. This instruction is applicable to the construction and acceptance of underground integrated prefabricated pump station projects, and can also be used as a reference for the construction of underground rainwater collection systems;

5. During the construction of prefabricated pump station projects, national and local regulations on labor, safety protection, fire prevention, explosion prevention, environment and cultural relics should be observed.

Loading, unloading and transportation

1. Prefabricated pump stations are generally transported by trucks. The loading of pump stations is carried out at the yard of Yuhao Company and is carried out by professional loaders;

2. The ropes used for unloading should be flexible lifting belts, belts or lifting ropes. It is strictly forbidden to use wire ropes or iron chains to lift the pump station on the shell. The lifting must be done by double-point lifting. The prefabricated pump station and the wooden support are lifted together with a crane and soft ropes, and placed on the assessment to avoid the prefabricated pump station shell and accessories from contacting the ground.

3. Lifting

1. When lifting, the rigging must be made of thick hemp ropes or slings. There should be guide ropes on both sides of the pump station to prevent the prefabricated pump station from swinging and hitting other objects; 2. When using the lifting ring for lifting, the distance from the crane hook to the top of the prefabricated station should be greater than the distance between the two lifting rings;

3. If it is not installed temporarily, the prefabricated pump station should be placed on flat ground to prevent rolling.

4. Foundation of prefabricated pump station

1. The prefabricated pump station should be placed on a flat concrete foundation. The size of the foundation is calculated based on the size of the prefabricated pump station, soil quality, excavated foundation pit, anti-buoyancy, etc.

5. Fixing and backfilling of prefabricated pump station

1. After the installation of the prefabricated pump station is completed, medium-coarse sand is used for backfilling. During the backfilling process, attention should be paid to the uniform backfilling around the foundation pit to prevent excessive soil on one side, which will cause the tank to tilt. It should be compacted in layers of 500mm, the density should reach 0.90, and the dry weight density should not be less than 15.5KN/m³.
