Product introduction

Multi-media mechanical filter is one of the main equipment in the water quality pretreatment part. It is necessary to adopt the corresponding design scheme according to the water quality to efficiently remove suspended matter, colloids, silt, clay, humus, particulate matter and other impurities in the water body, reduce the turbidity of the water, and achieve the purpose of water clarification. Its advantages are mainly low equipment cost, low operating cost, and simple management; the filter material can be used multiple times after backwashing, and the filter material has a long life; the filtration effect is good and the footprint is small. It is widely used in the water treatment process, mainly for water treatment and turbidity removal, reverse osmosis, ion exchange softening and desalination system pretreatment, surface water and groundwater silt removal. The filter material is refined quartz sand and anthracite. The main materials of the equipment are carbon steel anti-corrosion and stainless steel. The turbidity of the inlet water is required to be less than 20 degrees, and the water turbidity can reach less than 3 degrees.

Product Introduction

The carbon steel filter (quartz sand filter) is a pressure filter, which uses ABS mushroom-shaped water cap or spherical cap porous plate with quartz sand cushion layer for water distribution. It contains several kinds of refined quartz sand filter materials with low resistance and large flux. The filler in the filter is used to intercept and remove suspended particles and colloidal impurities in the water. It is mainly used for reverse osmosis, electrodialysis, ion exchange, pretreatment before softening and desalination systems. It can also be used for industrial water supply coarse filtration, circulating cooling water, sewage and recycled water treatment with low water quality requirements.
