The biological turntable process is a kind of biological treatment technology of biofilm sewage. This treatment method allows bacteria and fungi microorganisms, protozoa and other micro-animals to grow and multiply on the biological turntable filler carrier to form a membrane-like biological sludge-biofilm. The biological turntable is the core equipment of the biological turntable process.

In the biological turntable, the biofilm is in motion, and the core treatment device of the biological turntable is a disc with a biofilm on the surface.

★The biological turntable is composed of a series of fan-shaped discs with small spacing installed on the horizontal axis. The disc is made of modified PP material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, drug resistance and impact resistance. The disc with a protruding mesh structure has good water permeability. The small cylindrical protrusions on the disc are parallel to the axis direction. With the rotation of the disc body, impact aeration and vortex phenomena will occur on the sewage surface, and the oxygen supply capacity will be greatly enhanced. Stainless steel fasteners are used in the water receiving part, and about 40% of the disc area is immersed in the wastewater in the semicircular trough.

★The main shaft is made of imported square steel (proof of steel raw material import is required: customs declaration or bill of lading and purchase contract), with a special non-welding design, no welding stress problem, and overall lining process, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.

★As the main moving part of the biological turntable, the reducer should not be lower than SEW, NORD or joint venture and above brands of equal quality, and the bearing should have excellent mechanical properties and stability, and should be NTN or imported brands of equal quality (corresponding proof documents are required: invoice or purchase contract).

★The design life of the biological turntable is not less than 30 years, and 10 years is guaranteed (a letter of commitment provided by the equipment manufacturer to the owner)

Bio-rotating disc technology:

Background for choosing the bio-rotating disc technology:

• Most of the current township sewage treatment plants cannot be put into operation after they are built. For conventional sewage treatment plants that can be put into operation, the operating cost is less than 0.1 yuan, 0.1-0.5 yuan, and the other proportions are 25%, 55%, and 25% respectively; the electricity cost of the bio-rotating disc is only 0.01 yuan per side, plus about 0.15 yuan for upgrading and about 0.05 yuan for adding medicine, and the total operating cost is about 0.3 yuan.

• Most of the current township sewage treatment plants are built with a big horse pulling a small cart, but due to the rapid development of some cities, the construction speed of sewage treatment plants and land acquisition cannot keep up with the changes in sewage volume. Therefore, the construction of sewage treatment plants needs to consider the small amount of water in the near future, and the scale can be increased quickly in the future, and it is easy to transform; the number of bio-rotating discs can be increased according to different scales, and the later construction is convenient and fast. At the same time, it can also be equipped with other products to further increase the load of a single bio-rotating disc and reduce the cost of future scale increase.

• At present, the construction period of most small-scale township sewage treatment plants is about 5 months for civil engineering and installation, about 1 month for commissioning, and about 2 months for trial operation. The total construction period of the project has been increased, which has prolonged the impact of sewage on the surrounding environment; the period of the biological rotary table is about 3 months for civil engineering and installation, about 15 days for commissioning, and about 1 month for trial operation.

• At present, the area of township sewage treatment plants is large, which has invisibly damaged the ecology, occupied more farmland, and increased the difficulty of local coordination. For each treatment process, the area of wetlands is about 1:5, the area of fast infiltration is about 1:4, and the area of our biological rotary table is about 1:1~2.2.

• At present, the professional ability of the operating personnel of township sewage treatment plants is weak, and the operation and maintenance ability of equipment is weak. The conventional treatment process increases the management difficulty of the maintenance and maintenance requirements of the main equipment. My biological rotary table only needs to add oil regularly.

Disadvantages of traditional (early Chinese) biological rotary table:

The disc structure is single, easy to harden, the disc is easy to damage, and it cannot achieve automatic demolding. The final processing capacity is limited. The general processing capacity is about 30 tons/day
