I. Product Structure

AMWOR air flotation is a new generation of high-efficiency air flotation that integrates Korean jet strong dissolved air technology, American rapid release technology, and Taiwanese precision control technology. It mainly consists of a tank body, water distribution and collection devices, sludge scraping system, clear water chamber, sludge tank, electrical control box, walkway platform, dissolved air system, microbubble generator, etc.

II. Operating Principle

An air flotation system introduces a large number of tiny air bubbles into wastewater. Through the interaction of surface tension and particulate matter, the bubbles adhere to the suspended particles via complex processes such as adsorption, flocculation, and hydrodynamics, forming flocculent matter with a specific gravity of < 1 . This flocculent matter is then removed from the structure by a scraper, achieving solid-liquid separation and thus purifying the water.
