Process Principle
Because water treatment processes often require the pH value of water to be controlled within a certain range, artificially adding acid or alkali to the water is the most direct and effective way to meet this requirement.
Commonly used acid and alkali neutralizing agents include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, calcium ammonia, calcium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, etc.
Process Overview
This device mainly includes a drug solution preparation system, a metering and dosing system, a safety system, and a control system.
Solid reagents are added to a dissolving tank, then industrial water is added in proportion and stirred to dissolve. The reagent is then added at the metering and dosing point. Dosing control can be manual or automatic, based on control signals output from a higher-level system .
