Explosion-proof technology ensures the inherent safety of all electrical equipment, including the metering pump, control cabinet, exhaust fan, and lighting. Users simply place the modular dosing system near the dosing point, connect the dosing pipes, and turn on the power to start operation. This factory-installed complete system significantly reduces design and on-site construction workload, providing reliable guarantees for the overall quality, safety, and on-site commissioning. The entire container meets the design requirements of being user-friendly, space-flexible, adaptable, functionally complete, and aesthetically pleasing.
Structural features

The skid-mounted dosing unit integrates multiple reagent preparation and dosing units for A, B, C, D, E, and F coagulants, allowing for independent operation of stirring, dissolving, mixing, diluting, and quantitatively adding each reagent. Each unit comprises a solution tank, metering pump, filter, safety valve, check valve, pulse damper, level gauge, and control cabinet, all mounted on a single base. Equipped with a magnetic level gauge for local or remote display, it features high and low level alarms and low-to-low-level pump shutdown protection. All electrical components and instruments are centrally housed in an electrical cabinet, enabling both manual and automatic dosing adjustments. It also includes an inspection door and a manual operating platform, boasting a compact structure and ensuring safe and convenient commissioning and operation. The ventilation system improves the internal air environment, effectively preventing the accumulation of flammable and explosive gases and the potential for explosion. The included lighting facilitates manual inspection, observation, and level confirmation.
