Core Technology 1: Micro-nano Bubble Generation Technology

Because the micro-nano bubble generation system adopts a dual-jet high-speed spiral motion mixing method under a high-pressure environment of 0.5Mpa, air and water undergo instant gas-liquid atomization and supersaturated dissolution in the specially designed structure of the core component, and its energy utilization rate is nearly 100%. Then, it is cut by undamped swirl flow to form micro-nano bubbles.

The particle size of micro-nano bubbles is less than 10 microns;

The dissolution and release efficiency is higher than 95%, which greatly improves the operating efficiency and saves energy.

Core Technology 2: Bubble Filter Technology

The patented technology of the bubble filter refers to the formation of a 1500mm-2000mm "micro-nano bubble filter layer" in the solid-liquid separation area through the special design of the equipment structure. The establishment of the "bubble filter layer" adopts the mechanism of filtration and interception technology to filter and purify solid suspended matter and pollution factors such as grease in wastewater, greatly improving the purification efficiency and operation stability of the water body.
